• CDA had a new concept for the    manufacturing industry, to sell air as a utility.  AIC Inc. provided CDA with an entire system design.  The Air station is a modular system that can be moved to a customer by trailer.  Once offloaded, the AIRStation provides the facility with clean dry air to meet the customers demands.  Additional modules can be added as per changing needs.  The AIRStation features remote control of all units as well as remote monitoring of process and operational conditions.  All monitoring and control is accomplished over the internet through a secure system.

MOOG - Landfill gas liquefier 

• AIC Inc. designed a stand - alone system that burned landfill gas (methane)  in turbocharged engines to drive compressors to compress the gas for liquefaction.  The system was designed to be portable and fit in a sea-container.  It could be placed in a remote location on a landfill and run without outside sources of electrical power or water.   

MOOG - International Space Lab

• FADQ is a component in the International Space Lab - Alpha.  It is a critical device used to transfer the refrigerant from tanks in the bay of the Space Shuttle into the Space Lab.  AIC Inc. performed the task of project manager and greatly contributed to the technical aspect of this project.

Conducting Materials Corp. - Pilot Plant

• AIC Inc. performed a complete system design and all manufacturing, as well as all the necessary testing on this Pilot Plant.  It featured an inert atmosphere enclosure to protect against explosive atmospheres around the process.  Extensive use of sensors and automated purging systems ensured the safety of the operations.  In addition, computerized monitoring of the room ensured adequate protection for the operators.

Linde - Computerized requisition and evaluation system

• AIC Inc. created a database program to aid in the selection and evaluation of capital equipment.  Vendor and machine specific attributes such as, materials, sizes and price, are placed in the database by qualified vendors.  The client then defines the attributes they is seeking and the program selects those offerings that meet of exceed the requirements. 

Air Cryo - Compressor failure

• A compressor failure took place three times in a facility located in China.  AIC Inc. was brought in to review all data in order to come up with a corrective action.
